The Bishop Area Boulders, Granite Ranch
The Granite Ranch is great
set of boulders south of Bishop, just 45 scenic minutes and a
GPS device away. The rock is much like the other granite areas
around Bishop, but with a 1 minute approach. Stays a bit cooler
in the summer and colder in the winter than say the Tableland
bouldering. Lots to do here and with a bit more exploring and
scrubbing this will certainly be a favorite area for any granite
hound.
