The Bishop Area Boulders, Megawatt Area
The Megawatt boulders
are similar to the Granite Ranch boulders, but there are more
of them, and they are much bigger. There are some really good
pulls lurking out here including lots of flakes, a crack or two,
and some some classic slabby faces with dubious landings. When
the smoke clears and we pluck a few more gems there will be 50+
problems here from VB to V9. The initial boulders you come upon
hold the mega classic LipoFlux, being showcased below by our own
Spud Ryan.It's burly, it's steep, it's high-ball.....It's only
V4.
